START WITH THE PROJECT TYPE
Choose the shortest path to a workable custom quote
Not every custom order needs a new mold. Start with the lightest level of customization that meets the retail goal, then add development work only where it changes the product value.
Existing SKU + logo label, barcode, hang tag, retail box or display carton. Usually the fastest route for testing a branded assortment.
Existing or adaptable shape with a confirmed change to appearance or squeeze feel. Sample approval comes before production pricing is finalized.
Reference drawing or 3D direction, target size, material, artwork and market requirements. Tooling, sample iterations and approval points are quoted separately.
Fast custom RFQ brief
Product link, image, drawing or existing SKU.
Target pcs per style and expected reorder volume.
Size, material/filling, color and squeeze feel.
Logo artwork, label, barcode and required languages.
OPP, display box, retail box, hang tag or custom set.
Destination country, sample deadline and delivery window.

CUSTOM PROCUREMENT FACTS
What to confirm before approving a custom squishy quote
Custom pricing is scope-based. Send the product direction, quantity, destination and packaging brief so the quotation can show the applicable minimum, setup, sampling and production assumptions for your project.
- Logo / packaging MOQ
- Confirmed by the selected SKU, style mix, print method and packaging format; there is no single site-wide minimum.
- Tooling and sample cost
- New shapes, tooling, revisions and physical samples are quoted separately after feasibility review.
- Sample and production timing
- Sample and mass-production lead times are confirmed after the SKU, artwork, packaging and approval schedule are defined.
- Material options
- PU foam, TPR shell, flour-filled, gel-filled and silicone directions can be compared by the complete approved sample—not the material label alone.
- Testing documents
- For the destination market, ask about the applicable ASTM F963/CPSIA, EN 71, REACH or other document path for the exact finished product.
- Packaging formats
- OPP bags, labels, hang tags, retail boxes, display cartons and custom sets are reviewed against artwork, quantity and carton impact.
What can be customized?
Common options include logo stickers, hang tags, barcode labels, printed retail boxes, display cartons, color direction and mixed gift sets. Product-level changes such as a new mold, filling, surface print or size require more development work and usually a different MOQ than packaging-only customization.
Share vector artwork where possible and identify required barcode format, warning text, language, importer details and destination market. Packaging should not be finalized before the product dimensions and compliance information are confirmed.
What information improves an OEM quotation?
Provide a reference image or drawing, target dimensions, expected material or feel, order quantity, packaging format, target market and desired delivery window. State whether you need an existing product with branding or an original shape. These are different projects with different costs and timelines.
A quotation should separate product cost, tooling or setup, sample cost, packaging, printing and freight assumptions. This makes later revisions easier to evaluate.
How does approval work?
Approve the physical sample, artwork proof, packaging mockup and carton marks before mass production. Record changes by version number. For regulated markets, confirm whether a material, color or structural change requires updated testing.
