2. Sample confirmation
Review appearance, size, weight, feel, filling, recovery and packaging. Record selected SKUs and style ratios. Ask which documents are available and whether they match your market and intended use.
3. Quotation and artwork
Confirm quantity, packaging, logo files, barcode, warnings, carton marks and shipping term. The revised quotation should state the commercial assumptions. Approve artwork and physical samples before production.
4. Production, QC and shipment
Use the approved reference for production checks. Verify packing quantity and carton data, then prepare the shipping and commercial documents required by the chosen route. Timelines depend on the product, quantity, customization and approval speed.
Records to keep before payment and shipment
Keep the dated quotation, selected SKU list, current sample media, approved artwork, packaging proof, carton plan and agreed inspection scope together. Mark every unresolved item as pending rather than copying an older value. Before the balance payment, confirm which version was produced, who approved it and which documents will accompany the shipment.
