How Ruiwo Toys controls the order
The order file connects the approved product, material or filling description, style ratio, packaging artwork, carton marks, inspection requirements and shipment terms. New molds, colors or material changes require separate technical and commercial review.
We identify which details are confirmed, which are reference values and which need verification for the current production run. Catalog photos, old carton data and earlier reports are not treated as automatic proof for a changed SKU.
MOQ, lead time, compliance and logistics checkpoints
Use the current catalog as a shortlist, then confirm the commercial plan against the exact SKU, quantity, packaging and destination. Ruiwo currently lists 168 catalog SKUs as in stock; available quantity and dispatch timing still need a dated quotation.
- MOQ
- Confirmed by SKU, quantity, style mix and packaging option.
- Lead time
- Confirmed after the sample, artwork and packaging schedule are approved.
- EU document path
- Review the applicable EN 71 scope and CE responsibilities for the finished product and market.

- Logistics scope
- China-side forwarder handoff can be coordinated; international freight and customs require separate confirmation.

One contact from production to freight-forwarder handoff
For the China-side order flow, the buyer does not need to act as the messenger between the factory and freight forwarder. Share the forwarder's contact details with Ruiwo and we can handle routine receiving-point, packing and handoff coordination directly, then bring you the updates or decisions that actually require buyer approval.
How buyers reduce supply risk
Use an exact SKU list, approved photos, dimensions, weight tolerance, material description, packaging artwork and carton marks. Confirm the manufacturing and testing scope for the destination market. Do not rely on a broad statement such as “CE available” without checking the report and product match.
For repeat orders, compare the new production plan with the approved reference. Any change in material, color, filling, factory or age grade should trigger a review of quality and compliance requirements.
What a complete order handoff contains
The handoff should contain the quotation, product specification, style ratio, packaging proof, carton plan, destination, required documents, inspection method, receiving contact and shipment terms. Keeping these files together reduces ambiguity between sample approval, bulk production and freight-forwarder receiving.
Can Ruiwo contact my freight forwarder directly?
Yes. Send the China forwarder or logistics warehouse contact to Ruiwo. We can confirm the receiving address and handoff requirements with them, arrange the China-side delivery of the packed goods and update you on the status.
Do I need to coordinate every message between the factory and forwarder?
No for routine China-side handoff communication. Ruiwo can act as the main order contact and bring you only the confirmations, approvals or commercial decisions that require the buyer.
What should I provide before the handoff?
Provide the freight forwarder's contact, destination country, any warehouse code or receiving rule supplied by the forwarder, and the agreed shipment term. Ruiwo will confirm what applies to the exact order before dispatch.
Does one-stop coordination automatically include international shipping and customs?
No. International freight, customs clearance and destination delivery are included only when separately quoted and confirmed. The default service described here covers factory-side order coordination and the agreed China-side forwarder handoff.
