Inquiry submissions

When you submit the website inquiry form, the site sends the details you entered to a Ruiwo Toys endpoint hosted on Cloudflare. Submitted information may include your name, company, country, email address, WhatsApp number, buyer type, preferred reply method, target quantity, message, selected products, page URL, referral information, language and campaign parameters.

Valid inquiries are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database so Ruiwo Toys can respond and keep a business record of the request. The service also stores a one-way hash derived from network information for short-term abuse and rate-limit checks. Ruiwo Toys does not intentionally store the raw IP address in the inquiry record.

If email notification is configured, inquiry details are sent through Resend to the Ruiwo Toys sales inbox. Cloudflare and Resend process this information under their own service terms and privacy policies.

If the inquiry service is unavailable, the page keeps the entered details in the form and offers a WhatsApp link containing a prepared message. The message is sent to WhatsApp only when you choose that link. If you use the copy action elsewhere on the site, your browser writes the prepared text to its clipboard only after you click the button.

Browser storage

The site uses browser local or session storage for limited interface, attribution and inquiry-event data:

• Language preference: the selected English or Chinese interface setting.
• Inquiry event log: up to 200 recent records containing the action source, product or request summary, quantity, packaging, buyer type, language, time and a message checksum. The current code does not keep the full inquiry message in this log.
• First-touch attribution: the first landing page, referrer and campaign parameters are kept for the current browser session so a form or WhatsApp request can be connected with the page that started the visit.
• Draft preview data: additional local configuration keys may be read when an authorized draft-preview URL is used. This is not part of the ordinary visitor flow.

This local information stays in the browser profile where it was created. You can remove it by clearing site data in your browser. Submitted inquiry records and Google Analytics data are separate from this browser storage.

WhatsApp and Meta

When you choose to continue to WhatsApp, the site opens a wa.me link containing the prepared inquiry text and a unique inquiry reference. Before opening WhatsApp, Ruiwo Toys records that reference with the current page, product identifier, first landing page, referrer and campaign parameters. This intent record does not include your WhatsApp account or phone number and helps the sales team connect a later message with its website source.

WhatsApp is an external service operated by Meta. WhatsApp or Meta may receive the message, your account or phone information and technical connection data under their own terms and privacy policies.

Do not include sensitive personal information in an inquiry. Only send the business contact and order details needed for a product quotation.

Website analytics

This website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use the site. It may collect page paths, approximate location derived from network information, device and browser details, referral source, language, interaction events and pseudonymous identifiers. Ruiwo Toys also records business-intent events such as viewing or selecting a product, opening or copying an inquiry, requesting a quote, sample or catalog, submitting a form, and clicking a WhatsApp or email contact link.

The analytics configuration does not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, full inquiry messages or other personally identifying form contents to Google Analytics. IP anonymization is enabled, and Google signals and advertising-personalization signals are disabled in the site configuration. Google may process analytics data under its own terms and privacy policies, and Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies.

You can limit analytics collection through browser privacy controls, cookie blocking, or the Google Analytics opt-out tools available for supported browsers.

Hosting and technical logs

Cloudflare hosts the website, serves page assets and operates the inquiry endpoint. Cloudflare and other network providers may process normal request data needed to deliver and secure the site. Technical logs may include IP address, request time, requested URL, browser information and security signals.

Use and retention of inquiry data

Ruiwo Toys uses inquiry information to answer product questions, prepare samples and quotations, follow up on potential orders, prevent abuse and maintain reasonable sales records. Inquiry records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for these business and legal purposes.

Do not submit passwords, payment card details, government identifiers or other sensitive personal information through the inquiry form.

Policy changes

This page may be updated if the website changes its inquiry service, analytics configuration, browser storage or contact methods. The date above identifies the version currently published.
