Use ready stock to reduce the number of assumptions in a first order
Ready-stock sourcing is useful when the buyer wants to compare existing products, test a mixed assortment or move faster than a fully custom project. The catalog stock label is a starting point, not a reservation of units.
Send the exact SKU and target quantity so Ruiwo can reconfirm the quantity available, applicable MOQ, packing version and dispatch or production schedule in the current quotation.
Separate stock confirmation from the website status label
Inventory can change between website visits and payment. A product marked In stock should therefore be reconfirmed before deposit, especially for seasonal products, large quantities or mixed-style requests.
Use a dated quotation or PI as the commercial reference. Record SKU, quantity, style ratio, unit price, packaging and the agreed availability or lead-time statement.
Build mixed orders by SKU and carton, not by a generic piece count
A mixed ready-stock order can combine different themes, but each SKU can have different weight, packaging and carton configuration. List units per SKU rather than asking only for a total number of pieces.
After the shortlist is fixed, request carton dimensions, gross weight and pieces per carton for the final packing version so freight can be estimated on the actual shipment.
Use samples when the stock product is new to your business
Ready stock does not remove the need for product approval. If the buyer has not handled the SKU before, compare the current sample for size, squeeze feel, filling, seams, decoration, odor and retail packaging.
For repeat orders, keep the previous approved SKU and sample reference, then reconfirm that the current version still matches before scaling the reorder.
