AMAZON SELLER FAST RFQ
Quote the SKU with listing and fulfillment facts attached
Amazon sourcing decisions depend on packed size, unit weight and repeatability as much as EXW price. Ask for the product facts you need before building the listing economics.
Shortlist by landed-cost drivers
Marketplace sellers should compare more than the EXW unit price. Product size and unit weight influence packing density, international freight and fulfillment cost. Use the SKU-level size and weight on each product page as the starting point, then request the current carton quantity, carton dimensions and gross weight for the exact packaging option.
Keep one worksheet per SKU with EXW price, packaging, freight, duty or tax assumptions, inspection, marketplace fees, returns allowance and target margin. Recalculate after any packaging change because a larger retail box can change the carton economics.
Treat listing content and product compliance as separate approvals
Photos and listing copy help conversion, but they do not replace product or market compliance. Confirm the current physical sample, labeling, warnings and the test documents required for the destination market before publishing claims. Do not copy age icons, certifications or packaging statements from a catalog image unless they are verified for the actual SKU and order.
Use the EN 71 vs ASTM F963 buyer guide as a discussion checklist, then confirm the requirements that apply to your market and selling channel with the relevant professionals or platform guidance.
Sample for listing accuracy and fulfillment fit
Order the same version you intend to sell. Check squeeze feel, surface finish, odor, color consistency, recovery, package fit and barcode placement. Photograph and video the approved sample so your listing team works from the same reference used for production approval.
If you use third-party fulfillment, verify packed-unit dimensions and weight after packaging is finalized. The factory product size is not the same as the fulfillment package size.
Plan replenishment before the first order
Track sales velocity by SKU instead of by broad product family. Keep reorder points tied to production preparation, packaging work, inspection, international transit and receiving time. Seasonal items need an earlier decision because demand is concentrated in a shorter selling window.
When testing several styles, ask for one structured quote with the target quantity for each SKU. This makes it easier to compare the total purchase and carton plan before choosing the first assortment.
