Build a distributor quote around assortment and replenishment

Distributors usually need more than a unit price. Send the assortment plan and carton assumptions so the first quotation can support mixed-SKU buying and later reorders.

Build an assortment that can be reordered by SKU

Distributors need repeatability more than a one-time trend list. Give every style a stable SKU in your own system and keep the supplier SKU next to it. Group the assortment by buyer use case—fruit and food, animals, novelty, seasonal or display-ready sets—so downstream customers can reorder without describing products from photos.

Start with a controlled core assortment and add seasonal lines separately. This reduces dead stock and makes replenishment easier to measure.

Compare carton economics, not only piece price

A distributor may move many cartons, so carton quantity, dimensions and gross weight can matter as much as the unit price. Request carton data for the exact style mix and packaging option. Mixed-style cartons should have a written ratio so receiving teams can reconcile the shipment.

Use the carton and shipping-cost guide to compare products on a consistent basis before setting dealer or wholesale price levels.

Use one RFQ for mixed assortments

When you need several SKUs, send target quantities in one inquiry instead of opening separate conversations. Add packaging, barcode, carton-mark and document requirements once, then note any SKU-specific exceptions. A consolidated RFQ reduces missing information and makes total-volume discussions clearer.

The Ruiwo catalog inquiry list now keeps selected products while you browse product pages, so a buyer can build the shortlist first and send it together.

Separate core stock from seasonal purchases

Maintain a replenishable core range and plan Halloween or Christmas products as a separate buying cycle. Confirm the selling window, packaging artwork cutoff, sample approval and shipping deadline before committing to seasonal quantities. Avoid using a generic lead-time promise; ask for a schedule based on the actual quantity and packaging.

All current Ruiwo catalog SKUs are shown as in stock, while MOQ and preparation timing remain quotation-specific to the order mix and packaging.

Current in-stock examples to shortlist

Use these examples to compare shape, unit size, weight and price position. Add the shortlisted SKUs to one inquiry so the quote can use one quantity and packaging brief.

Send one structured RFQ

For each shortlisted SKU, state target quantity, destination country, preferred packaging, required barcode or label work and whether you need samples first. Ruiwo Toys can then return a cleaner SKU-level quotation rather than asking you to repeat the same information product by product.

Open the catalog and build a multi-product inquiry list, or send the requirement on WhatsApp.
